future has become a subtle tug-of-war, with Leeds United keen on the midfielder but Ruben Amorim reluctant to let him go just yet.

According to Carlo Pellegatti, speaking on his YouTube channel,

“Leeds are after Musah, but Musah is a player Ruben Amorim is watching closely and hopes to find a place for,” Pellegatti said.

The pundit was candid, however, about how little the midfielder has shown to date.

“The fact that he played little at

, and then also at Atalanta, clearly makes us think we have to hope Amorim can see something in him,” Pellegatti added. “Because so far he’s shown really very little, an absolutely ordinary player.”

The assessment underlines the crossroads
