Ben Simmons looks to return to the NBA after not playing since the 2024-25 season.
The Sacramento Kings have reportedly agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million deal with Ben Simmons,
per ESPN’s Shams Charania
. The three-time All-Star will return to the NBA after sitting out the entire 2025-26 season.
The last time Ben Simmons suited up in the NBA was during the 2024-25 season with the Brooklyn Nets and LA Clippers. In 51 games, he averaged 5.0 points, 5.6 assists and 4.7 rebounds in 22.0 minutes per contest.

Shams reported
that Simmons traveled to visit the Kings in Sacramento on Monday, undergoing in-depth medical exams, an on-court workout and meetings with coach Doug Christie and numerous staffers.
Throughout his career, Simmons has been a versatile threat on both ends of the floor, earning one All-NBA selection.
