West Ham star Jarrod Bowen looks set to STAY at the club this summer, judging by his father-in-law and Hammers supporter Danny Dyer's latest comments. The 29-year-old’s future at the London Stadium has been the subject of intense speculation throughout the summer ever since the Hammers were relegated from the Premier League .
Captain Bowen scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists for West Ham across all competitions, with such form fuelling speculation that he could leave the Hammers before the summer transfer window.
Clubs such as Liverpool , Aston Villa , Manchester United and Everton have been loosely linked as options for Bowen should the England international depart.
And there has now been an update suggesting that a move away from West Ham may not actually happen at all despite the club gearing up for Championship football.
Dyer, who is the father of Bowen’s wife, Dani, has stated that he expects the West Ham star to remain at the club despite the speculation, but did admit that he would give his blessing if a big transfer had come along.
"He's a very great, loyal man,” Dyer told talkSPORT . "First and foremost, he is my family, the father of my grandchildren, of course. It's been tough for him.
"He does deserve Champions League football and whatever decision he makes, or made, I would have supported him.
"I don't think he's going anywhere, and I think he will rip up the Championship, don't you worry yourself about that."
The Hammers have already sanctioned one major exit this summer following their relegation to the Championship, with Mateus Fernandes completing a whopping £85million move to rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
There have been various suggestions about what asking price would set for Bowen this summer, with some saying £40million would be enough, while others have said it would take £50million to prise the forward away from the London Stadium.

Bowen, though, has previously hinted that he wants to remain at West Ham following their relegation, outlining his determination to help the club return to the Premier League.
"Ultimately, this season we haven't been good enough and we've paid the price," Bowen – who narrowly missed out on a place in Thomas Tuchel's World Cup squad – told Sky Sports back in May.
"I'm under contract here. I've been here six and a half years. I've had some really high moments and this is a low moment that will outweigh everything.
"There's going to be rumours, there's going to be talk. Ultimately, what I see is getting this club back in the Premier League because that is where it deserves to be.
"This is a really, really low moment, but we have to bounce back because there's no other way. This is a really difficult moment.
"You never know what the future holds. For me, I want to get this club back in the Premier League. Right now our vision is to do that."
Funds are expected to be raised elsewhere, with Manchester United target Crysencio Summerville the next likely big-money departure, with the winger valued around £50m.
Others within the squad such as Jean-Clair Todibo, Alphonse Areola, James Ward-Prowse, Niclas Fullkrug and Maxwel Cornet are all set to be moved on.
